The kitchen was running out food and other commodities for the household. As hard working as the doctor is, he needed the energy to work right? So the medic decided to walk into town to get all his needs. It wasn’t very far from his base, no not at all—really it only takes a little less than fifteen minutes to get there. The town may be small, but there are shops convenient for all your neccesities.

Not for long did the doctor come out of the grocery store with both bags in hand. It was rather heavy, but he could manage. He might have overdone his shopping, but it was better to be abundant than not. Now that he got everything, he decided to head back to the infirmary.

Nathan was running uncharacteristically late after having got caught up in a game of chess with his old team’s Engineer. He hadn’t planned on staying so late, his wife at home was expecting and not in the best health at the time and he hated being away too long. This was supposed to have been the way to the bases front entrance, but as he collided with another man, he found he was quite mistaken. “Es tut mir leid, Herr. I…I mean I am sorry, Are you alright?”

The medic rushed, running into a blind-spot in the corner turn at the end of the hall which let him to accidentally bump the other. At the same time his body jolted in surprise while he tried to gain footing, “oh mein!” The other apologized though and surprisingly in German. The medic looked up realizing that the stranger looked a lot like him, but older features. Another doctor..in the base? “Oh it’s quite alright, I’m sawry as vell, “giving the other a weak smile,” then looked down at himself to double check, “j-ja danke. Ah you?” He tidied up his red tie now, “…ah you new hyeah by any chance Herr?
